(corner of Hayward & Mortensen, west of the Towers Residence Halls)

TIME

8K begins at 8:00 am (Actual distance 7.5K)
4K begins at 9:00 am (Actual distance 4.2K)

*Participants can pick up their bib starting at 7:00am at the shelter on the Cross Country Course near the start line.

ROSTER LIMIT

Company participation is unlimited. You may compete in both the 8K and 4K if desired.

ELIGIBILITY

Des Moines Corporate Games participants must be regular employees (full or part-time), interns or retirees of companies registered for the Des Moines Corporate Games.  Family and friends (Non-DMCG participants) who wish to compete may register and pay through the Iowa Games.  CLICK HERE for more information.  Non-DMCG participants do not count towards company points.
